Ainhoa (Basque: Ainhoa) is a commune in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department in Aquitaine in southwestern France. The village is in the traditional Basque province of Labourd.
The commune is listed amongst the Most beautiful villages of France, a title conferred by an independent association which seeks to promote tourist sites in small communes boasting a particularly rich French heritage.

Pyrénées-Atlantiques (French pronunciation: [pi.ʁe.ne.a.tlɑ̃.tik]; Gascon: Pirenèus-Atlantics; Basque: Pirinio-Atlantiarrak or Pirinio-Atlantikoak) is a department in the southwest of France which takes its name from the Pyrenees mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.
