Ibri (Arabic: عبري) is a city in the region Ad Dhahirah, in northeastern Oman.
The Wilayat of Ibri is distinguished by is archaeological landmarks varying between forts, castles, and towers. Also, there are the remains of the town of Bat, which is the second archaeological site to be classified by UNESCO on the list of world heritage and culture sites, after the Bahla Fort in the A’Dakhliya district.

Az̧ Z̧āhirah (Arabic: الظاهرة) is one of the regions (mintaqah) of Oman.
Adh Dhahirah region consists of three wilayats: Ibri, Yanqul, and Dank.
Until October, 2006, two more wilayats were part of the region: Al Buraymi and Mahdah. In October, 2006, a new governorate, Al Buraymi was created from these two wilayats, and a third wilayat, Al Sinaihah was created from parts of the two.
