วัดป่าลานหินตัด ( วัดป่าธรรมศิลาราม ) บ้านสายตรี ๓ ตำบลปราสาท อำเภอบ้านกรวด จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ นำโดยหลวงพ่อสมบูรณ์ สุมังคโล ได้มีแนวความคิด ในประสานให้ วัดและชุมชนเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกัน โดยการนำจักรยานมาเป็นเครื่องมือ สร้างแนวทางให้คนในชุมชน รู้จักการพึ่งพาตนเองแบบยั่งยืน สร้างผลปรากฎเด่นชัด เพื่อเป็นการที่จะทำให้คนในหมู่มากเข้าใจจุดประสงค์ ในการปั่นจักรยานของพระสงฆ์ และคนในชุมชน จึงจัดทำ social network ของชมรมจักรยาตรา วัดป่าลานหินตัดขึ้น
เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับผู้คนในชุมชน เพื่อเกิดเครือข่ายการพัฒนา อันเป็นเป้าหมายสูงสุด
ทุกชีวิต...มีสิทธิดำรงอยู่และงอกงาม

Southeast Asia or Southeastern Asia is a subregion of Asia, consisting of the countries that are geographically south of China, east of India, west of New Guinea and north of Australia.[citation needed] The region lies on the intersection of geological plates, with heavy seismic and volcanic activity.
