I started to recreate this shot, described here, but ran into problems. Note the bright, shiny thing at the bottom of the bottle. Any clues?
I had thought it was a reflection of the flash head, and tried moving the flash around in the tube, but no help. (I also tried curtaining all the way around the tube).
This pic is a macro of the area.
Setup:
- Bottle on sheet 1" glass on top of 12" diameter, black-curtained tube.
- Old sunpak 433 with GI trigger at the bottom of tube.
- SB80 bounced off silvered umbrella, camera right.
- Light disk camera left because I don't have 3 flashes.
