self portrait

I figure I have enough hair now not to look too scary, so it was time for a new self-portrait. I have always been inspired by the self-portaits of two Patricks--Patrick Lentz and Patrick T Power . I like this new look, although it certainly is different. A friend told me that my previous hair had been very "assertive," and my kids both pointed out that my blue eyes had not been as noticeable before. I seem to favor this color shirt a lot in spring and summer. I was looking at earlier pictures of me that I had done, and I found this one, taken in the same place, wearing the same color.
