After the test batch, we decided it needed a little extra lemon (the zest of a full lemon instead of half) and a little more agave nectar (+2 T). Pretty good, though.
I wish you could have seen them right after they came out of the oven. They were GORGEOUS before they shrank back.
Oh, and I used strawberry preserves in the first batch of icing instead of raspberry.
