Feeling vintage
I don't say that because it's fashion nowadays ... The things I love with vintage stuff :
- They have a soul ...
- They have a particular smell ...
- If you listen to them, they could tell you a beautiful story ...
- They have a texture, a grain
- They are not perfect
Nowadays, everything is perfect probably because of the numeric generation. Music is recorded on high tech soundcraft and we listen to it with golden plated cables on a HI-FI player ... I am afraid that we sterilize the Art by making it too clean and perfect ...
I like listening to the vinyl collection of my father on a good old record player ...
Among so many others artists, I love enjoying Edith Piaf on an old record player.
