Freedom of the Seas

The largest cruise ship currently sailing the seas. It's over 3 football fields long and you can board alongside someone and never see them again the whole time you're on a ship like this. Of course, this trip the winds blew at around 40 mph the whole time and the swells were always 8 ft. - 14 ft. That kept a lot of people in their cabins for the whole trip.
The Oasis of the Seas will debut in December, 2009. It is about 30% larger than this ship. It will have an actual outdoor garden on board called Central Park with living plants.
OK - you've got to see this! Here's a link to a clip from the Liberty of the Seas. It's the simulated surfing pool (there's one like it on the Freedom) flickr.com/photos/adamsilverman/3164873410/in/pool-833675...

MS Oasis of the Seas is an Oasis-class cruise ship in the fleet of Royal Caribbean International. The first of her class, she was joined by her sister ship Allure of the Seas in December 2010. Both vessels cruise the Caribbean from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She set a new record of carrying over 6,000 passengers.
The ship surpasses the Freedom-class cruise ships (also owned by Royal Caribbean) as the largest cruise ship in the world.
