walkway in the snow

This is walkway that goes over the top of the FDR highway on the Eastside of NYC to a little area where you can look over the East river, I go there occasionally to relax and unwind, decided to pop there earlier today and see what it looked like after the snow, was a bit chilly today with windchill was -9 when I left home in the morning, had warmed up to 17 by the time I took this shot
