Bombay High Court (Marathi: मुंबई उच्च न्यायालय) at Mumbai, Maharashtra, is the High Court of India with jurisdiction over the states of Maharashtra & Goa, and, the Union Territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The State High Court has regional benches at Nagpur and Aurangabad in Maharashtra and Panaji, Goa.

In Mumbai, it has Original Jurisdiction in addition to its Appellates. The Bombay High Court has the sanctioned strength of 75 judges.

Mumbai  /mʊmˈb/ (Bengali Mumbaī [mumbə.i] ( listen)), commonly known as Bombay /bɒmˈb/, is the capital of the Indian state of Maharashtra.
