I know now the meaning of corruption! For 7 days, i thought the bad reputation of Kyrgyz cops was a legend. Then i went to Osh market. After 10 meters in the market, 4 cops came, and asked me for my passeport, and then to follow them. Thanks to Vincent Prevost who warned me, and Chris, an american photographer who was with me, i refused, and i avoid 100 euros "fine".
Those men have also bought some light radars and stop cars on the raods to make some easy money. Everybody knows, nobody officialy complains...
