Kiefer Sutherland donated $600.23 to become our Executive Producer! I was eating at an otherwise empty restaurant, when Kiefer walked in with some friends. I asked if they had heard of The 1 Second Film, and as fortune would have it, one of Kiefer's friends was already one of our producers! That broke the ice :) Kiefer really loved the concept, happened to have his checkbook, and donated $600.23 on the spot, becoming our top celebrity producer. He also shared a perfect moment.

Kiefer William Frederick Dempsey George Rufus Sutherland (born 21 December 1966) is a Canadian actor, producer and director. He is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Jack Bauer on the Fox series 24 for which he won an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe award, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and two Satellite Awards. He currently stars as Martin Bohm in the Fox drama Touch.
