Blanes (Catalan pronunciation: [ˈbɫanəs]) is a town and municipality in the comarca of Selva in Girona, Catalonia, Spain. It is known as the "Gateway to the Costa Brava."

The coast of Blanes has 4 km of different kinds of beaches, including the Blanes beach and S'Abanell beach.
